what the heck do you do at 5-6 AM?

i got to work early and i have no clue what i should be doing right now

haha. Great post. 

Get all of the things done between 4-8a that do not require talking to people

  • returning emails
  • Checking your market for properties that have come on the market or changed in status since yesterday/do market research
  • Pay bills
  • Check on the status of current deals you have in the pipeline
  • Read educational blog posts and articles/ check the forums
  • Do any marketing that doesn't involve phone calls
  • Set your plan for the rest of the day and if you have employees think about what you want them to do when they get in
  • Enjoy the peace and quiet
  • Drink coffee and eat a good breakfast
  • Workout
This way when the rest of the world wakes up you are ready for them and are not bogged down with busy work.
