@Chris Szepessy I would recommend the current card or one of the “debit cards” for teens for hands on experience—far more beneficial than just reading.

I’ve seen it where the landlord and tenant come to a mutual agreeable amount also but again, I advocate for doing it the former way.

They do not provide such services, and have every incentive for you to NOT look into such a plan which will deprive them of the commissions they receive for selling you stocks and mutual funds.
