@Sharon Lynch  you must be licensed to do what your talking about are you licensed?

I was taking care of a necessary evil earlier in the week:  continuing education to maintain my MN real estate license.  

Another way to get access without being a licensed real estate sales person is to become a unlicensed assistant to someone that has a license.  

I am also about one month away from obtaining my Ky real estate license. 

Is wholesaling without a real estate license illegal in Mississippi?

I'm a licensed agent, but I'm having trouble comping a house because the values are all over the place. 

I decided to get started last year and dove in head first by obtaining my brokers license.

I don't know the laws about a deposit limits...that's why we hired and pay a property manager :) The pm is a licensed Realtor and actually the broker/ owner of a local company and manages several other properties.I've gotten some new info about the situation and no longer  think he may be trying to keep the deposit from us....it really never was collected (there are emails between pm and tenants to this effect).HOWEVER we were never notified about this.  

I am a licensed managing broker and primarily only work with investors(foreign and domestic).  

@Shari Peterson  how do you handle licensure in the states that require NMLS for loans.. and or California were you need a NMLS or brokers license...to legally do any loan on any property  that is one to four unit regardless if its to a LLC for commercial purpose or not etc.. if your in 50 states 18 of them require these licenses.. just curious how you address that or if you just wing it LOL.
