They advertise that through non grantor trust your assets are completely protected. can someone provide me info about the non grantor trust.

How do you look up homes that become vacant here in Norfolk the city of Norfolk department of public health - Bureau of environmental health will put a notice of violation on your door if your home is unfit to live in or not kept up with so shouldn’t there be public records on this info?

I want the owner to get the cash out but don't want to make it too complex for them as they are aged and are looking for convenience.

Anything other than that and you risk incorrect and/or outdated info.

My biggest hurdle I am facing is focusing on reading all the info I see, I guess I'm getting overwhelmed and ready to get started but, I also know, Knowledge is Education and do not want to dive in and Im not ready.
