Any info about non grantor trust?

I am a newbie in real estate Investing trying to set up llc. Last week I got a call from ecnomic strategIst Institution explaining about non grantor trust. They advertise that through non grantor trust your assets are completely protected. can someone provide me info about the non grantor trust. Thanks in advance

Google it and get an attorney. As a newbie You may want to buy a property personally first before you do an LLC.

Something to consider: Financing, contracts, title work, insurance, bookkeeping, taxes and returns can be overwhelming even when personally making a purchase let alone in an LLC when starting out. As a newbie I would focus on getting a property before establishing my asset protection strategy.
