The house is a B-level property in a B-level neighborhood.

I have come across multiple properties - typically houses that require rehab - where the seller is not the owner of the property but what I believe to be a wholesaler or investor who has been assigned the rights of the property to sell to an end buyer (me) for a (substantial) fee.

I'm Alex from Austin and I recently started house hacking my home.

Apartments and houses. 

I found out about this network after reading a book about "House Hacking" and have been excited since!

I have rehabbed three residences and flipped them as house hacks, but never purchased a building like this one that as purely an investment, so would love help on strategy and specifics. 

After some negotiations I have gotten a house down to 350k, 4/2.5 2500sq ft.

.- I go to military training on the 7th.I have a good lock on my interest rate and afraid of doing the mortgage application over again due to a slight decrease in my current job pay but will be going up again in a few months and I'll also be house hacking once I own and solely live in the house.

We updated the house to match its low price range, which required careful budgeting and strategic renovations.
