Hello,I am potentially a new investor, along with my wife we are looking to learn as much as we can in the real estate business, We are not looking to create an empire at this moment in time but we are eager to learn, learn, learn in order to create base hits and acquire enough cash flow for future investment.

Does that mean you don't care if your credit takes a hit?

Since we are taking ZERO out of the real estate biz we should be a wet dream for this kind of product.Challenge:  I have floated this desire out to the universe so far and I've been hit below the belt numerous times!

It seems to me that the Katy area is getting hit especially hard with the drop in home sales over the past year with all the layoffs in oil and gas.Sharon, I would love to get some lender referrals from you.

The last downturn hit Sandy quite hard.  

What i've seen in Phoenix the Market is getting to be slim pickins unless you hit the auctions unless you have a connection that can inform you of what coming on the market before it hits.
