So If your condo has a playground or other tenants with children and the offender had a crime against children you could deny based on risk to other tenants. or if you, like us, require disclosure of criminal history and a complete application , a party is found to have criminal history that they did not disclose, then that party would be denied based on their 'incomplete application'.
