BPInsights -where is the "data"?

Hello!  I am a new Bigger Pockets member and have spent days combing through the site /reading everything I can!  :)  I live in the fastest shrinking city in the Midwest so most of my focus right now is narrowing down a market, elsewhere, to invest.  

Throughout the BPInsights: Expert Analysis articles (especially those breaking down the markets) I see a common reference to an area inside BPInsights where I can do my own market analysis.  For example, in the article The Top 5 U.S. Markets to Invest $50,000 the author states "Using BPInsights data, I took a look at every market in the U.S. according to these factors..".   I cannot seem to locate this area where the author's of the articles are extracting data within …  would someone be so kind to point me in the right direction?
