My goal is to spread the word and perhaps even go to the authorities.  

All the properties I identified are no longer available.The obvious solution is to use the 180 days for all hurricane repairs to be completed prior to closing etc etc.

I have my sites set on acquiring 100 units by the time I am 40 (8 1/2 years to go and 94 units to go)...I am looking to connect with someone who also has a similar goal of buying and holding on a large scale like me.

Condition of apartment, is when you take possession.. prior to that you have no claim.Do a walk thru within a week of closing.. and from that point on you deduct for damages..Prior is previous landlord, and looks like he's selling because the people are pigs.. might be hard to get rid of them ??

Any type of cash purchase would be ideal to avoid lending issues due to the condition of the property prior to rehab.

I already had a BRRRR duplex that I purchased a few months prior and was being rehabbed.  

In the mean time, we wanted to keep progressing on our real estate goals so we decided to try wholesaling.
