Columbus looks promising and has had decent growth and has a good future growth potential.

They often lend based on the future value rather than (just) your purchase price. 

The big caveat is that you must be certain that the future value is commensurate with what you can likely finance the park for.  

Nobody in my circle has followed my path of real estate.My fiancé and I have been together 8 years now before I even started, and she could care less.This endeavor takes partners and teammates, but you want people to GROW WITH, not DRAG ALONG.

Just curious how this would affect managing them in the future?

I was hoping that we could start a "relationship" (that sounds funny every time I say it, lol) for future offerings but I guess not.

Might that be viewed as equitable interest because it is helping with the costs in a future sale?  

I had identified a few properties on the list of interest with a non-redemption strategy in hopes to initiate foreclosure after the 2 year redemption period, here in New Jersey, thereby acquiring a property or two with future plans to fix and hold or flip, etc.
