Getting started, needing help.

Ok. So I am a newbie. Not sure where to even start at? I will tell you what i am trying to accomplish and see what I can get in return. Any and all suggestions are helpful! 1st: About me. I have had my own business remodeling homes since 2000. I know just about all the ins and outs to a home. Just never been able to get to the point of paying cash for a home to start flipping. 2nd: After talking to some different prospects, I have been directed here, I was told I can get in touch with individuals that help front the funding for flipping homes. 3rd: The Question. Anyone here have advice on how to get to the point of flipping homes with others money? I have the know how, just need the funding?
