if your worried about it rent a storage locker and store it for a few months.. take videos of you moving everything from the house to the storage unit.but me.. its time to call in the dump service..

Some tenants wanted everything but the bedroom furniture (hauling a bed, mattresses, dressers - and storing those are not a fun experience) and others had their own furniture that they didn't want to pay to store. 

We are talking dumpster worth of garbage, pots, pans, furniture, brand new unopened tools, unopened amazon boxes, multiple lawn mowers, five weed wackers and a customer bowling ball.

Not for friends, not for family, not for declawed kitty cats you find behind the convenience store who have the lonleliest eyes...Nobody.

Additionally, if this thing is zoned commercial and it sounds like with the store it is, that will add another layer of complexity.
