I’m on the bigger pockets foreclosure website and I’m seeing a property massively undervalued for its square footage and what homes surrounding it are going for.

I just finished reading BP's book on creative financing, and thought it was helpful but am a little stuck on where to go next.

I can see it myself on the tax assessors website, the lot is indeed subdivided into 15 little squares.

How much work money do you need to finish?

I've been absent from the forums due to finishing my master's thesis, which interrupted me in the start of my search several months back in the Des Moines area for a cash-flowing rental possibility.Now that I've turned in the thesis (yaaaay!!!)

But I do have experience in marketing (website, white paper, social media).

The city and county have employees that check the websites to make sure that each property is legally licensed and allowed.  

Go start at episode 1, and finish all of them by the end of the month. 

My chat messages to them are still unread (1.5 weeks after posting).I am about halfway finished with onboarding at HostAway and have had several hiccups, but I think it will work out in the end; their customer support seems to be on top of it.
