wells fargo is becoming less excited with each purchase about financing more houses for me personally.i am trying to set everything up for long term functionality.

I hang out with like minded people who believe in helping those at any level of thier investing careers as i have mentors of my own who genuining are excited about my company's success and the sucess of others and i pass those value to the group of new investors in my network here where i live while enriching my self with the knowledge they bring to the table as i only invest in multi-family units at this time.It's always enriching to be around like minded people here.

Once you get a handle on things, then you should start getting involved in the various other areas of interest that excite you.Again, welcome to the site.
