It sounds like saving from employment income, plus wholesaling for like 6-9 months might be my best start?

Since taxe season is almost over I figured you would have an idea of what you have to pay percentage wise.My accountant told me that since I don't have an actual company name whatever profits I made would be considered income and added to what I make in my day job, so not exactly like self employed income.

Account Closed  For conventional financing, it's great if you own your home free and clear - that way you only need your self employment income to cover your home's taxes and insurance, along with other monthly debt payments. 

This is however one of the main reasons self-employed persons report having issues with banks – NOT ENOUGH TAXABLE INCOME.

It may actually require the salesperson to employ some level of sales skills?

I'm currently employed as an IT Support person for a school district.

I was full time employed for the last 25 years as an IT person but being recently laid off I've gained access to my 401k investments via a solo 401k and with the recent passing of my father I've inherited a fully paid house in NYC as well as inheritance money...woe is me :-). 

@Richard Soung I love the honestly about you still work that 9-5 and trying to find that self employment sometime in the near future.
