Hello everyone! My name is Steve Sandoval. I'm currently employed as an IT Support person for a school district. I don't have any Real Estate experience other than going to a few seminars (Ron LeGrand, etc.), reading/listening to many Real Estate books/courses and visiting a lot of websites.

I came across BP's website while trying to gain insight on a REA I was looking to join. I've been flirting with Real Estate for a long time. I feel like I have a lot of book knowledge and understand the terminology... However I haven't taken any action yet. I know I have to move forward and I think BP is just the place to help me reach my goals.

Here are my goals: 1) Start a Wholesale/Retail business to raise capital. 2) Invest in properties that will Cash Flow. 3) Eventually invest in Apartment complexes.

I look forward to your advice! Thank you for your time.

Respectfully,

Steve
