New Member: Detroit/Michigan Turnkey Developer

Hello,

I am reaching out today to learn more about the opportunities available on this website and hopefully finding a mutually beneficial business relationship with my new colleagues.

I work at Income Source Properties, a rental home developer based out of Michigan, producing approximately 50+ turnkey rental properties a month. Our primary focus is single-family homes, which we market as performing, tenanted rental properties. Our main concentration is currently Southeast Michigan, primarily due to the enormous success our investors have had in this highly demanded rental region.

I am always looking to find new and alternative routes to buy/sell our product, along with products that we may market to our current clientele. I hope through my experiences on this forum I will be able to learn more about available investors, buyers, brokers, and the community at large.
