Who moving in, trends, etc.I've listed a few of the many websites to find market info that I like: (google...don't laugh is great btw).1) www.irr.com (download the latest annual report - free)2) www.newgeography - city data / rankings on job growth3) www.bls.gov - employment data4) www.marcusmillichap.com - apt mkt research - really good reports by cities, MF5) www.census.gov - pop dataHope this helps give you a start.

I included a snip below, for your reference.If you want to save/bookmark particular podcasts, I'd highly recommend utilizing youtube, as you can easily save favorites to your own account for later viewings, but you can also download podcasts straight from BiggerPockets!

@Gaemer Gutierrez some do, some don’t, and some do it but inconsistently.The ones I’ve worked with have generally either included them automatically with monthly reports, or uploaded them to their management portal where you can access/download them as needed.I don’t think it’s unreasonable for you to ask to get (or be able to access) copies of the vendor invoices either on an ad hoc basis or ongoing.
