From First American Title?

I plan on forming an LLC for the rental but want to know if it is necessary to transfer title to the LLC or if there is another way to get the same liability protection?

Transfer of title to an LLC may spark an acceleration clause that could be in your mortgage agreement.

If a title company will insure the title I would consider accepting a quit claim deed.

If you any relationships with a local title officer or attorney, they may give you a few minutes on the phone to talk through this.  

I'm feeling people are just putting up money too because a lot of REO listing are over the areas comps with title to o margin.  

You might have a title defect on your hands.

Sorry if this has been posted before, but searching the forums for this results in every topic that has Direct mail in the title. 

HelloI am looking for rentals to add to my current portfolio and am trying to narrow down my search to one or two cities to focus on based off mainly projected job/population growth, potential ROI, and where i can hopefully meet the 1-2% rule and so far I'm looking at the four cities in the title.
