You can renew, but a judge can sniff out renewals that are really in the intent to renew indefinitely.It got this way in Texas because unscrupulous investors down by the border were taking these huge down payments and setting up terms that almost garaunteed fortiture of down payment money.

I knew of that website because a friend of mine was in on a drug charge (we all make mistakes) and I could keep track of his transfers.But I never thought of cross checking borrowers with it.

The markets I track that border the city are up 25-30% since January.

Luckily Uvalde is surrounded by 4 Border Patrol stations in towns that are less desirable to most but are still commutable from here, so that helps a lot.

I can speak from this side of the border, not sure about NH side.......and then again "don't trust anyone", so verify what I say!

There are good returns there (15%+ CoC, with leverage), but South Shore, Grand Crossing, etc. can be higher.
