Im just starting out and am looking to buy for a flip with a backup plan being to brrrr.Im looking to buy a moderate distance from my home ( within a 2 hour drive) so have nailed down some target markets and already contacted a realtor, but beyond just waiting for them to send me potential deals in my criteria to analyze, and spending hours browsing zillow/realtor/redfin etc.
