Superbowl 2021 Tampa bay

I rent a one bedroom less than a mile away from raymond James stadium, which we all know is hosting the superbowl this year. How much should I charge?

If this is a short term rental, the AirBnB estimator tool or AirDNA are great resources like @Edgar Rodriguez already said. The NFL has been considering everything from having no fans attend the Super Bowl, to having the stadium full (and people would need to sign waivers beforehand). It sounds like they may be leaning toward either a limited number of fans, or a full stadium. Obviously things can change, depending on how the Covid numbers change in the coming months, but it sounds like it's pretty safe to say that at least some fans will be allowed at the Super Bowl. Here's an article from yesterday:
