Quit your job and start cold calling property owners.

If you're already doing the driving for dollars, I think you could easily scale by cold calling the addresses as well.

I’ve been trying to learn cold calling, presentations, follow up etc like you mentioned.

Hey everyone,Me and a buddy just started doing our first text/mailing/cold calling this last Saturday for our wholesale business we started.

Then start cold calling people in the market you want to move into or start getting in touch with real estate agents to find possible lower priced properties for sale.

Did you ever take your funds off the exchange into cold storage or another exchange? 

If you're getting licensed, it should be with the intention of taking this on as a career and unless you want to do Sales (cold-calling, database management, lead conversion, and 100 other jobs associated with being a Realtor) I wouldn't recommend this.
