Out of state investors
I am just getting started in out of state investing and wanted some advice from those in the game already. I am looking to build a cash flow portfolio and am vetting the Canton, Ohio market.
1) Is there a more efficient way for me to gain cash buyers aside from cold calling skip traced numbers?
- Through cold calling I 've actually come across more people that want to sell their off-market homes opposed to cash buyers. I've read about other strategies such as posting in forums such as this, Facebook groups, calling popular wholesalers in the area, and Craig's list. Any recommendations?
2) Is there a better market in Ohio I should be focusing on where I can earn a higher cash flow? I see Cleveland and Columbus mentioned quite often. Even Akron.
