Are you folks talking about a Ground Lease which gives you long term use and control of the land,etc. but it’s never yours unless you contract to buy it.

There are multiple options depending on your end goal, capital position, long term/short term strategy etc.. 

The project seems to be more targeted toward the local community and long-term rentals.
