Business has never faced the type of moral challenges that it faces in today’s global economy. 

I figured that's ok I will take my friend for moral support he owns the construction companies that I do the book work and estimates for and has flipped several houses himself. 

Many people are fearful of RC, but the secret of RC is that it can be a great boost to landlords if you understand how to work within the system and you have a long time horizon. 

If you end up having an issue with one of the set's of tenants, there is a very high probability you may end up having issues with the others as well, as they will tend to stick together and give moral support to one another, regardless if they may be in the wrong.Additionally, if you ever end up having to evict one set, the other set of friends or relatives may well leave on their own, now leaving you with 2 vacancies to fill instead of one.This is just my policy and how I view it, I'm sure others may have a different view.Bill

I didn't know if anyone had run across this issue before, or if it is even illegal.I guess the moral of the story is for people to include core samples in their property inspections.

Expense reduction is a great way to increase cashflow and create equity.Specialized or Niche Housing can be a huge boost to income.A buddy using Student Housing gets 5K a month from a 4 unit renting per bed after expenses.Another using Vacation rentals has an old Victorian with a bunch of beds rents out each bed $200 a night to tourists.Good luckPaul

Or if it is occurring,  the owners could pass a new HOA rule to expressly prevent it.Airbnb activity could hurt value if it's annoying, or boost value if investors and homeowners are making more money because of it.  

We also have a pontoon boat, and would like to rent the two together to boost revenues.
