I'm learning so much from Bigger Pockets and this community!!

I'm thinking of buying a Condo in a fairly popular tourist destination a couple blocks off the beach in Hawaii.

I've prepared a data spreadsheet and would like to know how accurate is my data, and if there is anything important I missed.The blue color data was taken from the US Census Bureau, green from the Bureau of Labor Statistics, and black from different sources, including Bigger Pockets, Zillow and other sites.Thank you!

The fire was caused by a cigarette (and made much, much worse by blocked exits, non-working smoke detectors, etc.).

I have helped, and continue to help, quite a few out of state investors from here on Bigger Pockets to find investment properties that meet their criteria.

Hey Bigger Pockets community,I currently live in Dallas and am looking to relocate to Seattle towards the start of 2018.

For me this business still is feast or famine though a bigger litmus test is that it doesn't bring more commission income than my salary position.

Foreclosed condo's often have less major repair issues though, and cash can be a bigger king, in some cases.   

However, bigger units, 4 or 5 Beds, are always going to be harder than 1-3 beds because it will either have to be a family or a group of friends, and I can say by experience that trying to get 4 or 5 people to agree on a place can take time!
