Hey Bigger Pockets community,

I currently live in Dallas and am looking to relocate to Seattle towards the start of 2018. I'm pretty new to real estate investing. I co-own a property in Dallas, but there is still so much I don't know. I work as an IT consultant, and I'm looking to get into real estate as my main source of income. At this point, I don't know enough to take on the independent lifestyle, so I think it would behoove me to work for an employer to gain knowledge while having more security. Any and all suggestions on job titles, companies to explore or just general wisdom are welcome and greatly appreciated.
