Hey guys what is the best skip tracing software to use ?

It is $99 for the ebooks, software, and checklists. 

I am from the infamous Greater Detroit Area, recent graduate, Software Engineer and a total newbie in the real estate world, looking forward to learning from everybody and meeting people (especially from my area).

My experience with my Roth has been very pleasant; for me, it was very important to have a custodian that - as I was getting started - was readily available when I had questions and didn't have their clients waiting on automated lines when calling in. 

I've been working with a large national company (I don't want to mention them, as I'm not sure if it'll cause a legal issue) that I actually heard about through BP, and I thought it would be great, they're the most cost efficient, they have systems in place, they have software, when I signed on, I met with the actual person that would be managing my property, I liked and trusted him. 

I’m currently looking for a software that I can use to self manage my property but most seem geared towards actual property management companies.

For example, let’s say I spend $2000 on a real estate deal finding software but I either never use it, or it doesn’t work for me even though I use it correctly.

If you do not have it assume it’s not performing.Typically somewhere in the collateral file would be info on the first and what you could do is call the mortgage company and use their automated service to get it as well
