Hey guys! I have been listening to the BiggerPockets podcast for a few months now and even signed up for an account on here but haven't been active. I thought about changing that today. I am from the infamous Greater Detroit Area, recent graduate, Software Engineer and a total newbie in the real estate world, looking forward to learning from everybody and meeting people (especially from my area).
