I'm no authority on the process yet, but I'd be happy to share what I do know so far.  

@Stephen Dickey A payoff for a Deed of Trust requires that the borrower of record or someone authorized in writing contact the lender with a written request.

While listening to the audiobook “Buy it Rent it Profit” the author is always referencing a PDF companion file that I am unable to find online.

With these plans, the IRA capital will be held in a bank account of your choosing and you will have signing authority.  

Further west in Fair Lawn, with the 144 it usually takes about an hour and 10 minutes during rush hour to get to Port Authority, but worst case 2 hours.

They all seem to agree with us and are pushing this up the chain of command to try and get someone with more authority to make a decision.Has anyone else dealt with something like this?
