Wells Fargo is such a piece of **** bank.Have you tried getting restitution from them?   

She is still trying to piece together her portion of my father’s pension, her own very small teacher’s pension and social security to make ends meet.

So I figured I was going to have a key lock box as a back up and then wondered if I felt I needed that, why am I spending the money and potential headaches on other options.I am sure the technology is great when it works but I have yet to have any piece of technology glitch free.  

Just piece together what you can get.

Seriously, why would I want a POS piece of property?  

I'd check with a real estate attorney to confirm this piece of information.

They are choosing to use your rent money for other things, it's your job to enforce your lease to the letter, otherwise it is just a piece of paper with no real consequences. 

They bought this piece of land with other people and are going to build a house there.

But more importantly, piece together the story.References and existing landlords aren't good indicators of the tenant experience you'll have.

It is a pretty piece of property, but it may never be developed in my lifetime due to the possible liability issues.
