I’m considering the purchase of a nearby 6-unit apartment building. Does anyone out there in BP land have a due diligence form or checklist they’d care to share? Or, can you point me towards a good one in file place?

@Account Closed - If it is a rental property with more than 2 units I request this stuff. I found with small owners, they tend to lack a lot of this documentation. Just piece together what you can get. I have also requested the appropriate schedule from the owner's tax return to see what they report for income and expenses if they don't have financials. Some are hesitant to do this though.

As far as due diligence, if it is a small multi like 2 or 3 units and a newer building I might skip the sewer line video.
