Daily rentals (Airbnb) - door locks
We will be doing an Airbnb from out of state. We have a house that we'll rent the upstairs and downstairs separately with their own access, and the entire house as a third option. The door lock vendors on Airbnb's website that provide an access code for the duration of a stay and have remote access to see who has entered and when, seem like a pretty nice option. However, at $300-450 each, that's a bit much for two door locks.
What do you use for Airbnb style rentals while out of state and do not want to give people access to a key, and do not want to have to manually change codes on a keypad style lock. Thanks.

@Jason Turo - I just got the Schlage keyless entry locks. For you, I would recommend the Schlage Sense locks where you can change the entry codes with your phone.
On Amazon this will run you about $150-$200 per lock so $300-$400 total.
