I talked to a VA rep today and I told her that I'm interested in buying a MF unit property and although I would use it as my "primary residence" for tax purposes I actually travel alot for my job and would be gone most of the time.

It wasn't fun owning this property especially thru the winter season always needing a snow removal person, lawn mowing, keeping after the tenants to follow the rules and the distance having to travel out there at least 5 to 10 times a month.
