Recommendations for Real Estate Investing Seminars

Enthusiastic newbie here!

My husband and I are starting to do some research on investing in real estate. I’ve actually been to a 3-day seminar and learned a lot but was wondering...

Do you have any recommendations for real estate seminars that are not part of a sales funnel for me to buy an exhorbitantly-priced course?

I’m in Southern Maryland but would be willing to travel. My nearest cities are DC, Baltimore, and Annapolis.
