Hi everyone,I'm in the process of talking to property management companies who service the Chicagoland area, preferably who can service SFHs and small/mid-multifamilies in Cook, Lake, McHenry, and Kane counties.Does anyone know of good management service providers? 

However, it doesn't cover Mentor and Mentor-on-the-Lake.

I currently live in the separate garage apartment and rent out the main house to a family for $2500 a month +2/3 bills while I carry a mortgage around $2200 a month.This house is on the west side near the lakes and is roughly a 40 minute commute to a couple hospitals that are my main places of business. 

there is one of those at Clear Lake CA in Nice.. what do you Air Bnb  Verbo experts think about that idea..

We have some distant family there and hubby went to Tech which is why we thought of that area.But now I’m thinking maybe we should look into Airbnb’s instead in Lake Texoma/Broken Bow. 

I’m a holder investor based in Boston, however I was introduced with an opportunity to purchase a “vacation”/rental property on a lakefront in NH (one of the smaller lakes around lake Winnipesaukee). it’s zoned as R/C, 2BED/1BATH at the 350k range.

Where exactly, looks like maybe between Lake Worth road and Southern, near Dixie?

We are currently looking in Pocatello, Idaho Falls, Boise and Salt Lake markets.
