It looks like Equity Build pays 8 to 10% then to pay these early investors with new ones who then receive 12 to 14% and so one until they sell the property and pay everyone.All is well so far till the market tanks as it invariably does (it is cyclical in nature) and at that time they will probably just file for bankruptcy as they have done many years ago.Not your typical pyramid scheme because there are real products (the real estate apartment buildings they purchase in the bad neighborhood for pennies on the dollar usually in Illinois of all places!) 

I might be somewhat concerned about ventilation for his sake though.If it's acetylene welding or plasma cutting, then I might be a little uncomfortable with tanks of gas in the basement.

It could be anywhere - I just use it as office/storage/inventory for my business.

You can get wall mount toilets with either surface mount or in-wall tanks {surface mount is cheaper and easier to service).

But what tanked it for me was that the prepayment is actually for 10 years.  

The house is 2 stories, 5 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms two of which are en suite, one car garage, large living room, nice sized full kitchen, sitting room and rec room and large storage space in basement.
