Minnesota:Tenant not seen for 2 weeks. Abandonment?

I have a tenant who has not been seen for 2 weeks. She has not paid her portion of the rent (on section 8). Does not answer her phone and has dropped off the face of the earth.

I placed a Quit or Pay notice under her door Monday saying I will begin eviction proceedings Friday morning if the rent has not been paid. I have heard nothing from her.

Has she "abandoned the apartment?. In Minnesota,I need to store her stuff for 28 days after the apartment has been "abandoned"..

Is my only option following through the eviction? I'm in an LLC so I need a Lawyer to represent me. Total cost around $800.

Comments? Suggestions?

I had that situation 3 different times.  One had got killed, another had a stroke and died,and a 3rd had had a mental collapse was in a V.A. hospital on meds.  Check  any relative listed on their rental app first and then local hospitals.  Hopefully she will turn up okay soon.  Start the eviction process immediately.
