Rich Ng I do not believe there is currently a distinction between the two hopefully lawmakers see this loophole of emotional support animals and close it because it is only hurting people who truly need service dogs

I end up picking up a book called rich dad poor dad by Robert K (yes a mint classic), and after reading that my passion in real estate and understanding how money works sky rocketed.

In regards to communicating with a RE agent, am I locked down to the amount that I specify to get a pre-approval for?

I tell people all the time to make sure you chose a CPA who is a good communicator.  

This isn't the fast, get rich quick route to take, but if you plan on being in this business for the long haul then this is how I feel you should work it.
