As long as you stay on top of it and pay it off before the promotional period is done there is nothing wrong with using a credit card.

It is actually written by a platform that is trying to bash others to promote itself and get more business.

So far I have found the problem with this is that the banks also target 24 months as the timeframe for promotion so the “mortgage specialist” is whoever lands at that branch that year and they’re gone next year.

., TV commercials, radio ads, motivated seller website, SEO, pay per click/adwords, facebook, Linkedin, Youtube, and other forms of online advertising and boosted/promoted social media postings.Bottom line is consistency.

There are crowdfunding websites (BiggerPockets promotes several of them) that make investing in RE pretty much turnkey. 

My husband and I are hard workers and he has been promoted to territory manager within 3 months of sales for a large roofing company.

Whereas the LP is "guaranteed" the preferred return (usually 7-10%) on a yearly basis before the GP can take any promote.
