Wholesale Opportunity That I Can't Pass Up!

Huey Fontenot
Posted

Hello all!

My name is Huey Fontenot and I'm as green as one can be in real estate investing. I believe a deal has just fallen into my lap, but I'm not sure how to broker the deal. I have someone that wants to sell a single family home in Los Angeles, however I'm not a real estate agent and have little capital. Therefore I believe wholesaling will be the best option. I have a network of real estate agents, but no concrete investors. Is there anyone that can hold my hand (from start to finish) through this process to make this a profitable transactions for all parties involved? Thanks in advance!

You REALLY need to get some help/education before proceeding. You can start right here on BP. If/when you get it under contract, then what? If you don't have the ability to perform, how can you sign a contract promoting yourself as the buyer? If you do get it under contract, you cannot legally market the property unless you are a licensee. So, there is a LOT to learn. This is not as simple as sign, make money, move on.
