There is certainly a lot of "unknowns" and the old adage, "You can't go broke taking profit" certainly seems to be playing a factor.

Especially when they are using a 1031 exchange so that tax benefit is playing into their ROI.

I will continue to invest in SB if possible but it is definitely an appreciation play more than a cash flow.

This is because I’m looking to accelerate depreciation on the property to be taken in the first year (bonus depreciation) and offset it against my active income.
