After researching some of the popular cash flow markets like Indianapolis/Cleveland/Chicago/Memphis/KC/Florida/Alabama we feel the Texas would be the best fit due to growth/economy and weather.  

@Michael Geraci Well since I am in Birmingham AL I don't really need to go out of state ;) But many many of our clients are from elsewhere, some even from other countries, and its a strategy that can really work, as long as you do your homework.

The house is a single level ranch 1600 sq. ft in a L shape with little slope.

@Todd Hulse - I’m not a lawyer but in my experience in AL & FL, when inheriting tenants you have to honor their current lease until it expires. 

Does anyone have experience wholesaling lease options in Alabama?
