I'm looking to join a mastermind that focuses on developing income streams and relationships, being healthy and has bucket list trips.

Cold calling, letter writing, driving and knocking on doors, running billboards and bus stop ads, posting cardboard signs on electric poles, etc.  

Our last trip (and first trip there) we really liked the Hyde Park area and close surrounding areas.

Depends on what your goals are for your trip, what your mood is (hurry up and get there or enjoy the journey), the time you have available, and your financial resources. 

I'm a licensed Realtor in Virginia and am planning a trip to Massachusetts partly to visit family and partly to evaluate investment properties. 

Im making a trip out and would like to hear from experts who know this market.

It's a real city - i.e. multiple industries, diversified economy (in comparison to smaller locations like Bastrop, NB, SM, etc)Other than that, maybe the only other reason why I mentioned SA is I lived in South Austin before so there's a comforting (emotional) comfort with SA driven by frequent day trips to SeaWorld with my children.

Ok- Navtiivo - Austin Condohotel- Just back from TX trip and interested in Navtiivo-  Talking with management Co- Appears the larger 2 BDR units are highly desirable as the 1BDR units are have more competition with the local hotels and the 2/2 will generate @80k per year based on managements projection- 2019 Hotel projects for this area are very high at over 70% occupancy- Not too clear what the daily rate will be, but It's very unique, upscale niche. 

Say I buy a bus or a van listed at $30k and sell it 1 year later for $31k (all numbers out of...umm...air), rehab it for $2k, I'm wondering how much it would cost me end-to-end in Texas.

Looking for anyone to guide us with info, my interest is in the Columbus Ohio market for reason is a land lord friendly compared to NJ any contacts leads will be definitely helpful, We are planning a trip for the next following week Friday 6/25 to 6/28 I will be in Columbus Ohio area just to get a feel for the city .
