Looking for a hard money lender

Hi gm bp family ,

I currently live in New Jersey we own a triplex and a single family home which we just sold the past 2 months. Looking for anyone to guide us with info, my interest is in the Columbus Ohio market for reason is a land lord friendly compared to NJ any contacts leads will be definitely helpful, We are planning a trip for the next following week Friday 6/25 to 6/28 I will be in Columbus Ohio area just to get a feel for the city . Any one who wants to meet up while I’m there with some assistance would really appreciated

You can use the 'Find Partners' tab on BiggerPockets to search for HMLs by state. This can serve as a good starting point!
