Love this site! Ok- Navtiivo - Austin Condohotel- Just back from TX trip and interested in Navtiivo- Talking with management Co- Appears the larger 2 BDR units are highly desirable as the 1BDR units are have more competition with the local hotels and the 2/2 will generate @80k per year based on managements projection- 2019 Hotel projects for this area are very high at over 70% occupancy- Not too clear what the daily rate will be, but It's very unique, upscale niche. Unclear on data for rates and that's a big deal. Also- would the HOA include reserves for the common area's? I live in Orange County CA and I just got to get something in Texas- Thoughts and advice much appreciated. Brian
