It's probably too soon to tell, but I'm already having to wait several business days to get answers to some very basic questions from the property management company they put me in touch with.

There are investors on BP that are looking for $100 a door cash flow and others that won't touch anything below $500 a door, so a great deal is subjective to the individual investor.
