Hello BP!
I just wanted to introduce myself to the site. My name is Jennifer Chevez, I'm 25 years old. I just joined BP a week ago and have been researching about real estate investing for about 7 months now. As a first step into REI I want to do wholesaling deals. I am currently enrolled in the flip 2 freedom academy where I have learned so much since joining. However, I would love to shadow someone so I can observe and learn the process from signing the contracts with the seller up until the closing day. Please correct me if I'm wrong for saying this but, I don't want a mentor. I believe that having a mentor means depending on them for your success to a certain extent. I want to be accountable for my own success but would like that partner to ask questions to when I get stuck on something and of course succeed together. I don't have money to invest at the moment but I have for sure invested in my education and continue to do so. Whenever I'm not at my job I spend every waking moment studying and researching about RE. I am so passionate about this and what keeps me going everyday (even though I haven't started yet) is someday knowing that I'll be able to buy my mother a house and take care of my family. With all that being said I'm excited to be a part of BP and I hope to meet many of you and hopefully make some money together. I wish much success to you all! ????

welcome to the site.
Don't get to caught up in the Guru courses. Keep your checkbook in your pocket when they come asking for the big payday.
