Hello BP! I just wanted to introduce myself to the site. My name is Jennifer Chevez, I'm 25 years old. I just joined BP a week ago and have been researching about real estate investing for about 7 months now. As a first step into REI I want to do wholesaling deals. I am currently enrolled in the flip 2 freedom academy where I have learned so much since joining. However, I would love to shadow someone so I can observe and learn the process from signing the contracts with the seller up until the closing day. Please correct me if I'm wrong for saying this but, I don't want a mentor. I believe that having a mentor means depending on them for your success to a certain extent. I want to be accountable for my own success but would like that partner to ask questions to when I get stuck on something and of course succeed together. I don't have money to invest at the moment but I have for sure invested in my education and continue to do so. Whenever I'm not at my job I spend every waking moment studying and researching about RE. I am so passionate about this and what keeps me going everyday (even though I haven't started yet) is someday knowing that I'll be able to buy my mother a house and take care of my family. With all that being said I'm excited to be a part of BP and I hope to meet many of you and hopefully make some money together. I wish much success to you all! ????
